Child 31

Child 31 is an inspirational short film about the work of Mary’s Meals. It follows our founder and CEO Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow as he travels to our school feeding projects in Malawi, India and Kenya.

Generation Hope

Filmed on location in Malawi, Haiti and India, Generation Hope shows the extraordinary difference receiving a daily meal in school can make to children growing up in some of the world’s poorest communities.

Veronica's story

Mary’s Meals gave Veronica, who featured in our film Generation Hope, the chance to fulfil her dreams. This is her story and the small part Mary's Meals played in helping her graduate school in Malawi.

Love Reaches Everywhere

Find out what happened when Gerard swapped the bright lights of Hollywood for classrooms in Haiti and Liberia. Through our film, you can travel with him as he meets some of the real-life heroes at the very heart of Mary's Meals.

Lette's story of hope

We first met Lette in Child 31, she was an 11-year-old orphan living in Malawi. Her mother had just died, and she was doing her best to care for her little brothers. She dropped out of school and struggled to find food – the family often went to bed hungry.

Thanks to the promise of a nutritious meal in school she has been able to return to her studies and will soon graduate from Jacaranda School for Orphans where she eats Mary’s Meals.
